Strategy + Implementation

This is a 3 day [4 night] retreat in Costa Rica to help you either:

 

  1. Build your brand and business or
  2. Review and refresh your existing business

What’s included?

Branding + Photos

We’ll kick off the process with our branding expert who will design your logo + choose custom colors and fonts. You will also have a photo shoot later in the week, after your initial strategy session with Chrissy.

Overall Strategy

During our 3 days together, we will meet to review and/or set up your business model and what steps need to be taken to create a cohesive business. Chrissy will provide you with both training and tools to support your business endeavors. A 1-hour wrap up call, after the retreat and website are complete is also included.

Website Development

This is a 2 part process. The initial design will be discussed during your business retreat with our team.  We will then get to work on building or refreshing your current site based on the results of the strategy and marketing plans made during the retreat. Turnaround time for a completed site is normally a month after the retreat. Also included is editing any copy that is written, based on the work we do together.

Marketing System Setup
We’ll develop a marketing strategy for all your communications in the online world. We’ll review your business model and which options you will need to focus on such as social media, blogging, email marketing, podcasting and guest posting.

Frequently Asked Questions

What's not included in the fee?
  • Transportation to Costa Rica.
  • Lodging, activities and additional days outside of the 3 day [4 night] retreat.
  • Breakfast.
  • External fees paid to outside vendors such as website domain and hosting. We can help you set that up but the fees would be paid by you to the provider.
Is this an individual or group retreat?
This retreat in Costa Rica is just for you and your business. We only work with one client per retreat.
Who on your team will be there for the retreat?

Chrissy will be at all meetings. You will also meet with our branding expert and photographer during your retreat.  Our copywriter is not located in Costa Rica and therefore depends on their availability for travel.

Do I have to come to Costa Rica?

My team can support you virtually in building or refreshing your business but there are limitations. We can still do all of the branding, copywriting, website and marketing strategy but the photo and video sessions would not be possible. Use the contact form to the right to discuss pricing.

How much free time will I have?

We want to be as focused as possible on your business but understand that you are also visiting a beautiful location and may want to explore a bit on your own. During the 3 intensive days, there will be a few hours of downtime during the day and your evenings will be free. If you would like to extend your stay, we are happy to provide you with recommendations.

Do you offer refunds?
Per our terms and conditions, we do not offer refunds.
Do you offer additional support?

YES! We love working long term with our clients. If you need additional support after the retreat, we will be happy to discuss options.
